What if my ship is delayed? +
Your guide monitors AIS tracking. If your ship arrives late, we adjust the start time. You won't pay for lost time.
Is the ship return really guaranteed? +
Yes — every excursion returns at least 45 minutes before All Aboard. If delayed, we pay for a taxi at our cost.
How much does a private shore excursion cost? +
From €220 half-day to €280–€420 full-day per group. Price is per group, not per person — excellent value for 4–8 people.
Can I book on the ship's port day? +
Book at least 2 weeks in advance. For last-minute requests under 72h, call us directly — we do our best.
Do guides speak English? +
All guides are fluent in English. French, German, Italian, and Portuguese available on request.
Are entrance fees included? +
Base price covers guide and vehicle. Tickets (Alhambra, Sagrada Família) quoted separately — we handle all bookings and skip-the-line.
How is a private tour different from a ship excursion? +
Ship excursions: 30–50 people, rigid timing, no flexibility. Ours: your group only, specialist guide, you set the pace.
What is your cancellation policy? +
Full refund 7+ days before. 50% between 3–7 days. No refund within 72h. Ship skips port = full refund.
