Unwind Spain was founded in 2016 by a team of historians and travel professionals who kept seeing international visitors getting the same surface-level, rushed experience — 40 people in a bus, a 20-minute stop at a cathedral, back to the ship.

Spain is one of the richest countries in the world for history, culture, and gastronomy. But you need time, the right guide, and a private format to actually experience it.

So we built a different kind of operation: only private groups, only specialist guides — historians, archaeologists, sommeliers — and every tour designed around the specific interests of the group, not around what's easiest to run at scale.
